October 31, 1972--Kendall Mitchell Codine is born at 5:30 a.m. at Milford Memorial Hospital in Milford, Delaware
December 25, 1979--Kendall's brother, Richard (Rick) Allen Codine is born at 3:45 a.m. in the same place
October 31, 1980--supposed homicide house fire claims the lives of both of Kendall's parents; Kendall (age 8) and Rick (age 1) manage to escape without injury
November 2, 1980--Rick is sent to live with his maternal grandparents in Calgary, Alberta, Canada while Kendall was placed in foster care in Delaware
March 11, 1986--Kendall is adopted by a couple from Atlanta, Georgia at the age of 14
November 21, 1986--Kendall becomes interested in amateur wrestling and tries out for the Henry Aaron Regional Middle School team....15 years old and makes 2nd string at the 112 lb. weight class
September 20, 1987--Kendall learns that his then girlfriend, Samantha, is pregnant with his child. Disgusted with the situation, Samantha's parents choose to relocate and sever all ties with Kendall Codine
November 12, 1987--after a year's experience, Kendall tries out once again only to become the first string 130 pounder (compiles a 12-12 record in his first year of varsity competition)
September 2, 1988 to May 20, 1992--Kendall attends Atlanta Regional High School where he competes on the varisty wrestling team for four years (145, 160, 171, 189 lbs.) becoming a 2x state champion in his junior and senior years, as well as captain of the team during both years....Kendall also participates on the varsity baseball team in his junior and senior year (firstbase, rightfield) and two years of varsity lacrosse (goalkeeper)
June 6, 1992--Kendall Mitchell Codine graduates as the saludictorian (#2 in his graduating class)....spends the summer wrestling for the junior national team (215 lbs.)
August 30, 1992--Kendall receives a wrestling scholarship to attend Pennsylvania State University (Penn St.)....majors in philosophy with a minor in human psychology
June 2, 1996--Kendall graduates magna-cum-laude from Penn St.....shortly after graduation, Kendall is summoned back to Delaware where he is to stand trial for the murder of his parents in 1980 (he is accused of setting the fatal house fire)
June 4, 1996--Kendall goes into hiding, crossing the border into Canada, namely Calgary, Alberta where he becomes interested in professional wrestling....begins to attend the legendary Stu Hart's Dungeon
December 10, 1998--Kendall returns to the United States, namely Greensboro, North Carolina where he signs a one year contract with his first professional wrestling organization, the CSWA....wrestles under the alias of Blade
January 23, 1999--Kendall is recruited to join the UnHoly where he meets his mentor the Apocalypse
June 11, 1999--Kendall signs a one year contract with the now defunct HEW where he comes to meet his best friend, Mason Xavier (Havoc)
June 25, 1999--Kendall captures the HEW Television Title by successfully defeating Bloodhound (his first in that organization
July 12, 1999--Kendall captures the HEW Tag-Team Titles with one time close friend Lint Douglas (Zero)
July 14, 1999--Kendall captures the CSWA Greensboro Title by successfully defeating Aaron Douglas (his first in that organization)
October 22, 1999--Kendall captures the HEW World Heavyweight Title by defeating HEW legend, "Hardcore" Kevin Riggs and successfully defends it until the organization closes in late December
November 30, 1999--Kendall captures the CSWA United States Title by successfully defeating Nemesis
December 25, 1999--Kendall successfully finds his ex-girlfriend Samantha after nearly 13 years. She refuses to have anything to do with him or allow him to see his son
May 20, 2000--Kendall signs a one year contract with the SCW
February 14, 2001--After a bitter break-up with his then fiancee, Angel, Kendall decides to leave the SCW and the world of wrestling
June 12, 2001--Kendall learns that Samantha has been killed in an automobile accident. Despite his greatest efforts, Kendall is not granted custody or access to his son who is now in the care of his maternal grand-parents. Kendall loses his entire fortune fighting for the son he has never met in the process
November 21, 2001--Kendall signs a one year contract with the GXW and competes under the alias of Carnage in an attempt at a comeback bid
January 2002--Kendall captures the GXW X-treme Championship by defeating Pat Black at GXW X-Perience
March 10, 2002--Kendall wins the GXW King of the Cage tournament by defeating Zero and as a result, receives a GXW Unified World Championship shot at GXW Global Warfare
August 3, 2002--Kendall returns to the CSWA after a two year absence
August 20, 2002--Kendall captures the GXW Continental Championship by defeating Rob Sampson, Justin Tyler, and Kin Hiroshi in a four-way elimination match on GXW X-Perience
